After installing a root certificate from Entrust and the Root Chain on Microsoft TMG, i was still getting the "CA Untrusted" error when connection over Outlook Web App frome the internet. Talking to the Entrust support folks, said they required a restart especially if a Root Chain cert is installed.

UC experience: Cisco vs Microsoft « IT based Communications
UC experience: Cisco vs Microsoft « IT based Communications: "UC experience: Cisco vs Microsoft"
Remember: An UC business case is all about end-user experience and productivity. CUCIlync should be carefully evaluated like any other scenario, but in this particular case if something goes wrong you might get a bad impression about the whole solution (ex: a customer might get the ideia that the “lync videocall” is failing).
The real disadvantage is see here is the idea that VPN is required from Cisco perspective for remote connectivity where else a Lync client on remote just need an internet connection to establish connection with the Lync environment using TLS.

CX 600 bug
I was told of this recent bug by a fellow consultant. Hope it helps others. Polycom CX600 (Lync Phone Edition release 4.0.7577.250 (CU2)) and Lync client. USB connection between IP phone and Client. - User is in a call on the phone - 2nd Call comes in - If second call has same phone number as previous caller or comes in with suppressed phone number, secondary call will disrupt the first call and becomes active/connected immediately. - If the USB connector has been pulled, this error does not show up
A cool PowerShell Script.
