Microsoft TMG needs a restart after installing Root Chain certificate

After installing a root certificate from Entrust and the Root Chain on Microsoft TMG, i was still getting the "CA Untrusted" error when connection over Outlook Web App frome the internet. Talking to the Entrust support folks, said they required a restart especially if a Root Chain cert is installed.

A restart of the TMG and all started working with Outlook Web App.

Thanks for this post. This was killing! After deleting the rule, the web listener and fiddling with tons of knobs, who knew I just had to restart the service!

I am glad it helped. I was going crazy with it as well. It just did not seem to make sense why it was not working.
